Meet Sasha   She's a real cutie and a sleepy head!  She loves a tickle under her chin and oh so tired, just resting my head!

Meet dear Charlie, she is 12 years 4 months, . I adopted her in Dec 1998, after losing my other dear Rottie Tara who was 10. She has a boyfriend, Davey, she adores him but he just plays it cool. She is a very much loved and treasured part of our family.

Apart from arthritis Charlie is extremely well for her age. She still likes to play with her toy's and carry a stick home from a walk.

This is Reg, who is 5 years. We have had him since he was 12 weeks old and he is a very much loved member of our family. He had an operation on his leg after his cruciate ligament was found to be 75% ruptured. It has been a long journey but the muscle is beginning to build up on the injured leg, assisted by regular swims at our local hydrotherapy pool. He does not take to water naturally and in an attempt to resist he insists on being "lifted" into the pool. Weighing in at approx 50kg this is a good evasion tactic but does not work and once in the water he has no option but to swim! He adores our daughter Sheryl, she is the "favoured" member of the family. The cat is tolerated, and vice versa both respect the other's space, and they give each other a wide berth. If the cat does rub up against him he freezes, he knows that her claws are sharp and that she is no push over.  We enjoy browsing your website, and it was on there that we learned of the problems with the cruciate ligament, so we had a suspicion that this had happened to Reg when he became lame. Thankfully we have insurance and were able to pay for the best corrective surgery that we could find for him. Keep up the good work.  Jan

This is China my 8 month old pup. She may be small but she makes it up with love. Mrs N Barber.

Hi my name is Kia, I am 5 years old and I let my mum and dad live with me, they love me so much they changed their lovely convertible car because I was growing from a pup so they had to buy a bigger car. I have also made them upgrade the bed sizes originally from a double now to a super king size so they can sleep with me. It's great!!!! I also live with my older sister but I rule the roost. I lost my brother who I miss very much but when his picture comes on the computer screen I give him a kiss. My hobbies well!!! I love watching TV. I  have started also watching other programs not just ones with animals, Mum and Dad keep telling me to move as I will need to wear glasses?

Above is a recent photo of me, but look at my puppy photo - what a stunner eh.  Lynsey Freedman

Meet Baz who was recently rescued by myself and my partner. He was in a very bad way when we got him. His ears had never been cleaned, he's never had toys or a bed, he was that bored he chewed all his paws and made them bleed, he was kept in a dark kennel block for 23/24 hours a day etc and also had a alcoholic owner who battered him frequently. He is a much happy dog now, he has been neutered, bath and groomed, fed properly,  his paws are healed and the fur has grown back over his bald bits and is starting to show his personality. Lisa

We have had Cassie for 8 months now (from Bradford RSPCA) and we have never had a more affectionate or intelligent dog. She was 9 months when this photo was taken. Here she is with her best friend Jack the cat.

Deo is about 13 now, he was my first rescue dog whom I fell in love with about 8 years ago, he's pictured with my granddaughter Megan and this is Keisha another rescue dog who I have had for 4 months as you can see they are both absolutely gorgeous, as is my first Granddaughter.  Lynn
